For the record IMO her death was planned before May.
The Portuguese authorities sold there sovereign nation(lol) out.
Operation Ore all over again.
All IMO of course.
Peace.

I hope that little girl haunts them for the rest of her life. They neglected her and it is saying to everyone that what they did was OK.
What a very sad day.

Says metodo 3 are hardworking and very diligent, wont talk specifics, urging all the ppl that contacted the police in portugal or the Uk to contact metodo3 so they can do the job thoroughly.Aledges no evidence whatsoever that Maddy has been hurt in any way.

There is no way they are innocent of neglect, is that not a crime in Portugal.
I am totally confused this morning as to what this actually means.

GMTV reporting news from Portuguese press.
Mitchell "concerned" that case will be archived, says Metodo want files to keep looking for M

I dont believe that CM would be caught off guard in not knowing this breaking news...I cling to the hope that this is just recycled gossip.
Sky reporting Portuguese media - not their own breaking news!

Judicial police "do not have sufficient evidence to allow formal charges to be brought against the McCanns in the disappearance of their daughter," the Correio da Manha newspaper said.
"The police have not found the guilty," echoed the Jornal de Noticias daily.
So, at the moment it's news based on the portuguese press.

Will they be allowed to still have the papers if they are not being charged, or will they just be put in the file as such times that more evidence comes to light?
I would not like to have my name and details passed onto the McCanns or M3.

questions (sorry if asked before)
if the case is shelved and no charges laid, what happens on july 14th - does the evidence become public or do only the mccanns lawyers get to see it?
would the PJ really hand over their evidence to metodo 3? _________________ If you can't be a good example - then you will just have to be a horrible warning

would the PJ really hand over their evidence to metodo 3? Hi newsperson, yes that is what I am trying to find out. Also does it mean they are innocent of any wrong doing? I really cannot understand it as the neglect issue alone, from what I have seen is proven. Will the status be dropped? Oh so many questions.

Each time he said that the Portuguese police are dropping the case.
Each time he said that if they are then they want the McCann's arguido status dropped.
Each time he said that if they are dropping the case then they wanted access to all the documents so that their detective agency, who are doing an excellent job, can continue the search.
I cannot remember the events that lead to him saying this last time but whatever it was it did not result in the PJ's giving up.
Nor did it involve the release from arguido status or handing over the files.
I cannot remember what it heralded last time - maybe the interviewing of the Tapas 7?

Coldwater, and Ellibean et al. have led you all a merry dance. Trying to be optimistic I would hope that you would all look back on your posts and realize how foolish you’ve been, but I guess for a lot of you its just time to move on to the next sensational story.

Oh so many questions. i wouldnt have thought it suggests anywhere they are innocent of any wrong doing - all i've read is that the case with all the evidence will be given to the prosecutor to decide within the next day or so what is going to happen next in general no evidence or not enough evidence doesn't necessarily mean no wrong doing im going to go read the stinkysardine thread 21 steps see if i can find the answer in there about the files _________________ If you can't be a good example - then you will just have to be a horrible warning
