GMC has been blamed in the past several time for its inefficient system of dicrimnation for FTP invetigations and Threshold seems to very with each case .If all cases are invetigated,Big chunk of "Cash for Suspension" scams will be buried at 370 Euston Road(GMC HQ)

Thinking Rationally...
When its not done by a family member, it can be by somebody asking for money in exchange to give the children back. This kind of abductor doesn't care about not leaving evidences back.

Pedos abducting children to keep as sex slaves, the abduction is unlikly to happen in a modern country where the laws, resources and police can almost always track them down. Why take the risk of abducting a children in the UK or Portugal, where they can do it in a poor country where the parents and police don't have resources to carry on a investigation?? And with so many poor countries with parents selling and giving their children for adoption, why risk an abduction?
Since there's so many blond girls in the Marroco mountains, why risk to abduct a children for British parents in Portugal?
Even if this was the case, the abductor wouldn't be worried about hiding the evidences that the child was abducted, only the evidences that can lead to him, and run away from the place as fast as he can. It would be even more unlikly the abductor planting evidences to frame the parents.

When after a few weeks, there's no strong evidences of an abduction, no credible sights, and no signs of the child being alive, the possibility of an abduction and the child being alive is very low. So... should the police keep all their strength in the supposed abduction, or slow that down and look back the other possibilities?
The PJ in the beginning of this case was believing the parents and friends and the abduction theory, but they were also with an eye on them, just quietly to avoid the conflicts with the strong support that the McCanns were getting, and giving them some rope to see where they were going.

McCann are treated as Victims by GMC rather than abuser..A Previlaged one indeed..

NRI marriages: Abandoned husbands and child abduction by NRI bride
New Delhi | Friday, Jan 4 2008 IST

Surabh Modi, an IIT graduate, settled in the US, married his wife in December 2003. In January 2007, his wife fooled him and brought their infant son to India and filed a false 498A (dowry harassment) case. In another case, Ram, a well known doctor in the US, obtained a divorce from his wife on grounds of cruelty, after spending 10,00,000 US dollars in litigation. His ex-wife then abducted their children to India and filed a false dowry complaint. These real-life stories were narrated by the NRI victims of false 498A cases at a press conference organised by 498a.org, an organisation working for the victims of 498A IPC, yesterday. The press conference also exposed the immigration fraud in which NRI grooms are callously used to acquire a visa to a foreign country. According to a report by Rakshak, an organisation working in this area, NRI men are duped into such marriages by the girl and her family for the purpose of geting a green card or coming to the US for higher
education. NRI marriages lead to a reverse phenomenon of abandoned Indian grooms and child abduction by NRI brides. The wife then jumps the jurisdiction from the US, abducts the children (US citizens) to India and files a false 498A case, converting a child custody case into a criminal case. The result is that the left-behind parents lose contact with their children, a severe violation of UN convention of Rights of the child. In many cases such children are subjected to severe mental abuse and start exhibiting symptoms of Parental Alienation Syndrome. The much-publicised Smalin Jenita/Christy Danius case was also cited as an authority, in which a little over a year after her marriage with an IT professional in the US, 25-year-old Jenita returned to Chennai in an air ambulance, a near-total wreck. However, husband Christy has said his wife was hurt in a car accident and he is being falsely implicated in dowry harassment case. ''Civil cases are being turned into
criminal cases and the husbands cannot enter India to defend themselves out of fear of being arrested,'' said Ms Anupama, secretary, 498a.org. ''I understand that there is a huge misuse of the dowry harrasment laws but I do not want women organisations to sit on a dharna outside my house,'' is what Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA), Valayar Ravi is reported to have said when some of the NRI victims of 498A IPC met him at Los Angeles some time back. The case of these NRI men are more tricky with India not being a signatory to the Hague Convention and so it does not recognise the decision of any foreign court. Interestingly, the US department of Justice in its report had held India to be a safe haven for international child abduction. It further adds that courts outside India should be extremely wary about allowing parents to take children for temporary visits to India over the objections of the other parent since there is a great likelihood that parents who
wrongfully retain children in India will get away with their wrongful conduct scot-free in India. In view of the upcoming Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, Rakshak appealed to the government to make parental child abduction a crime, safeguard children's rights and sign the Hague convention. It also demanded that rights of custody and of access under the law of NRI's country are respected in India.

In this case,Child abuser rokade trio known to habe bribed GMC caseworker to get a Doctor suspneded based on fake DV case and child abuser trip him/herself--quota grade doctor were set free by GMC TO promote abuse and encourage abusers..
McCann could have easily apid few grands to stop its investigations.Cash do chnage hands at 370 Euston Road!

"Fraud avoids all judicial acts, ecclesiastical or temporal"
observed Chief Justice Edward Coke of England about three
centuries ago. It is the settled proposition of law that a
judgment or decree obtained by playing fraud on the court is a
nullity and non est in the eyes of law. Such a judgment/decree by
the first court or by the highest court has to be treated as a
nullity by every court, whether superior or inferior. It can be
challenged in any court even in collateral proceedings.

A fraud is an act of deliberate deception with the design of
securing something by taking unfair advantage of another. It is a
deception in order to gain by another's loss. It is a cheating
intended to get an advantage."14. ............ .Fraud is proved when it is shown that a false

The promises made in the dark and gloomy prison cells last for a long time. Hardcore criminals make professional pacts with the kids locked up for picking pockets. And the bond is stronger if the men are innocent. Slurping a cup of pale tea while evading the prying eyes of hardened killers, or being heckled by petty thieves while standing in queue for lunch, such men often wonder: what am I doing in this place?

The days somehow crawl and pass off. But, when night darkens the stinking cells and dirty corridors and the warders begin to beat their wooden sticks against the metal bars, such ‘innocent’ men are gripped by panic. They share their grief with other such men. The stories are always similar: “I had a life, a good job, a happy family and some dreams. Now it’s a life of minuses: jobless, penniless and hopeless.” Many of them have one more thing in common: They all have been done in by the accusing finger of a woman - their wife, actually - for “harassing her for dowry”.

Enter section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. A woman files an FIR. The man goes to jail. There is no bail. He thinks he is guilty by suspicion. And there is no chance of proving his innocence because the law is “pro-women”. The accusation is enough to prove his guilt.

So, when such men - accused of harassing their wives for dowry - meet, they spit fire on 498A. They are not so angry with the women who put them in such terrible position, but they are at war with the law which fails “to distinguish between real and fake cases of harassment for dowry”.

Sitting under a tree with their lawyers just outside the court or pushing a wad of currency notes into the hands of an officer in a dank police station or talking to each other in hushed tones in murky jails, their tongues turn venomous against 498A: “It’s a marriage splitter; it’s been made to harass the innocent; and this is legal terrorism.”

There is nothing new about the instances of abuse of the dowry harassment law. It has already become a pan-Indian phenomenon. Even the judiciary, including the Supreme Court, has cautioned against the misuse of the anti-dowry Act. But there are new fears now. With a new anti-dowry law - with harsher punishment - on the anvil, the men who claim to be victims of 498A are already getting nervous. They think their hopeless situation may now sink into an endless abyss.

The worries are written clearly on their faces. Many of them meet every week in Delhi’s Patiala House court premises. They discuss their stories. They all have something horrible to tell - stories of disintegration. Amit Kumar had a flourishing business. And then his wife slapped a dowry case on her family. He, his mother and sisters spent weeks in jail. Now he spends time with his lawyer trying “to get out of this mess”. Suraj Prakash lost his job, money and his father within a month of his wife taking him to court. Azam Shaikh’s story is almost the same. So is Kevin D’souza’s.

Now, they are members of a group called Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF), which fights for the rights of men “falsely implicated in dowry cases”. “If the government makes it a bailable offence, half the problems will be solved automatically,” says Rakesh K Lakra who represents many SIFF members. “Women file fake cases to take money from their husbands and get out of marriage,” says Lakra, with an air of authority on marital issues. He looks determined to help his “innocent clients”.

Almost all of these men are educated, many of them English-speaking professionals working with good firms. A good number of them work and live abroad. And many of them have been born and brought up many shores away from India. Now they are all in the same boat, “fighting the draconian law” from different platforms. There is a Men’s Cell whose signboards hang on the central verge at traffic junctions in Delhi, asking a direct question: “Are you being harassed by your wife?” And offering the solution: “Contact the Men’s Cell”. A group of victims in the US set up 498a.org in 2006 to fight the “pro-women laws”. In its first month, the website had 100,000 hits. There are groups and helplines, offering help and sharing tragic tales.

The stories have similar beginnings and endings: “She didn’t like my parents, she didn’t cook, she was always bossy, she ignored me, she already had a lover, she didn’t want kids, she wanted to run away, she wanted my money... she filed a fake case”. For some reason the problem always begins with a small thing: a burnt toast, a leaking tap, a sharp taunt or a tight slap. And then she files a fake case. In all these stories - told in first person and posted on the Net - the women are always scheming sluts who are protected by the law for some strange reason. In all these stories, dowry is almost a myth.

But in India and wherever Indians live, dowry is not a myth. It’s a fact of life. It’s a curse. It takes life. It ruins families. Every year, thousands of women are done to death - burnt alive for a big car, hacked to pieces for cash and jewellery, thrown from a running train for a colour TV and pushed into a river for a bicycle. There are millions of stories - told, hushed up and muffled - of women being tortured for dowry. It’s also a fact that domestic violence against women is on the rise. That’s why there is a law to check it. But it has failed to do so. And, in many cases, it’s being misused.

Some women seem to have learnt a few lessons from men on how to extort money. Trapped in bad marriages or married against their will, they use 498A to get out of it with some money in their purse. This is subversion of the law meant to protect women from harassment. Now, with the new anti-dowry law being proposed, all eyes are on 498A. The women would like the law to be harsher. The dowry seekers would like it to be scrapped. Innocent victims of 498A would like it to be “balanced and reasonable”. And the lawyers and policemen would want a bigger mess, as they are the biggest beneficiaries in this battle of the sexes.

GMC has vowed to support fake Domestic Violenec laws abusers and protecting/promoting child abuse to group of doctors who are proved by indian courts to abuse law, misguide police and wasted police time by riding mutiple horses of juridiscroions.Exactlty like McCanns!!

Portugal's public prosecutor Jose Magalhaes e Menezes is proceeding with legal moves to ask British police to interview Gerry and Kate McCann and the rest of the so-called Tapas Nine over their movements on the night of Madeleine McCann's disappearance.
The news has triggered fears detectives are ready to charge Mr and Mrs McCann.

Portuguese police want to speak to the seven friends who dined with the McCanns at the tapas restaurant in the Ocean Club holiday complex in Praia da Luz on the evening of May 3 last year.

Letters from the prosecutor sent to British police have been delayed for several months because of the lengthy bureaucratic process involvedThe McCanns have welcomed the new interviews in the hope they can clear their names as suspects in their four-year-old daughter's disappearance.

The couple, both 39, were named as arguidos - formal suspects - on September 7.

Detectives hope the interrogations could provide a vital breakthrough in the case.

They want to quiz the so-called Tapas Nine to clear up alleged "inconsistencies" in their stories about what happened in the Mark Warner resort on the night Madeleine went missing.

Police believe the toddler, who was three when she disappeared, died in an accident and the McCanns then covered up her death.

Blood samples found in a car the couple hired 25 days after their daughter disappeared are said to come Madeleine.

A team of Policia Judicial investigators, lead by Paulo Rebelo, drafted the questions which were then revised and translated by the public prosecutor's office.

They were approved by judge Pedro Frias, who is overseeing the investigation.

The legal letters were sent on Monday afternoon by Mr Magalhaes e Menezes, the public prosecutor in Portimao, near Praia da Luz, through the EU body Eurojust.

British authorities will receive them by the end of the week and will then make preparations to interview the so-called Tapas Nine.

Portuguese detectives will fly to the UK to sit in on the interviews, which will be carried out by officers from Leicestershire police.

Shortly afterwards public prosecutors said they did not have enough evidence to justify fresh interrogations.

But detectives now reportedly believe they have enough evidence to prosecute the couple.

The McCanns insist they had nothing to do with Madeleine's disappearance and believe she was abducted.

Two of the couple's holiday friends have reportedly contacted police through lawyers saying they wish to change their stories.

They have been named as Dr Russell O'Brien and his partner Jane Tanner.

Ms Tanner, 37, from Exeter, says she saw a mystery man carrying a child away from the flat at 9.15pm on the night Madeleine vanished.

Staff at the Tapas restaurant reportedly claim Ms Tanner did not leave the restaurant until after Kate McCann raised the alarm at 10pm.

Dr O'Brien and Ms Tanner deny wanting to change their stories

Gerry McCann is tortured by guilt that Madeleine's disappearance is his fault.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, he also admitted there was only a "slim" chance his daughter was alive - the closest he has come to conceding the fact.

"I wish I hadn't gone to the tapas bar," Mr McCann told the society magazine. "I wish I'd stayed in the apartment that night. I wish I'd stayed in the room when I checked on her five minutes longer.

"Of course we feel guilty about not having been there and that is just something we have to deal with for the rest of our lives. We live this 24 hours a day."

Mr McCann, 39, gave the interview alone in October, without his wife Kate, after being approached by the magazine.

Vanity Fair also spoke to the couple's friends and family as well as to the other suspect in the case, Robert Murat.

Mr McCann's sister Philomena told the magazine that he had called her on the night Madeleine vanished and sobbed: "It's all my fault, because Kate and I went out to dinner."

Clarence Mitchell, the family's spokesman, said Mr McCann had not been paid by Vanity Fair and had instead requested donations to the fund in return for cooperation with future projects.

He said the Find Madeleine campaign was to take on a "commercial dimension" to keep it in the black. It emerged on Tuesday that the couple could make £2million from a film about Madeleine's disappearance.

Other projects could include a book deal and even TV chat shows which the McCanns have shunned in the past for fear of seeming like celebrities.

The £1.2million fund to finance the search for Madeleine has been halved by the cost of hiring private detectives, running adverts and paying the family's living costs.

Only £600,000 remains and the balance is expected to drop to only £346,000 by April and possibly zero by June.

His confession for child neglect and guilt itself warrnat GMC Invetigations and Psychological testing for sure.NO wonder he/she would treat his/her patinets better than his/her childern.Clearly public intrests are at stake.Child abuser Rokade trio falls in same category and still GMC is mum..Cash for Suspension scam!!

I wrote to the GMC back in November I only had a reply today

I cannot put the reply on here, so here is a little snippet

We have noted your comments about Dr McCann. We are aware of the media coverage surrounding this matter. All issues relating to arrangements for Dr McCann's return to work are matters for his employer, rather than us.

I wrote to them about his return to work, then on Monday I wrote again because of the test results, even though the second mail ws about his fitness to work, due to stress ect, the rest is saying the same old thing if anyone wishes to see it just pm me
