So from what I've read on a few bogus websites who thought they had detail, the two are going at in court, or at least Murat wants to.  Is it a defamation of character charge?  I've read them, but really they don't make that much sense and no detail is given.

Murat sounds to me like he was tipped off about Tanner's meeting with Rob, the police officer, threw himself at her boyfriend knowing she would meet up with her friend beforehand, maybe to scare her?  She did officially say he was not the egg headed guy, but from what I remember he was seen by the apartment window the night before or something like that.  Wasn't there also a look-a-like manager who worked for the apartment house they were staying in?  That is when the investigation against him was dropped, or wasn't pursued as hard as originally.

Does anyone have any new info on that?  Thanks if you do!
