Not this week, not next week, not in six months time. The PG might not be the brightest but they are not complete fools. Just telling you, not that you are listening.
----------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry Vilepend, You are on tha wrong side. Great news Tiny do yo know when and what are they going to be charged with. Murder/homicide? What if they refuse to go as seems likely. They are not going to go willingly back to Portugal to face charges. The PJ must know this. Do you know what will happen then?

He listed charges, adn there are a LOT! But not murder. He reckons manslaughter.
Well, Kate says it herself . It's in the interview (Daily Mail) "She said Kate screamed at the officer: "Do you honestly believe that I would murder my own child?" I thought the PJ had "offered her a deal" to confess she accidentaly killed her daughter. This murder thing is news to me. But if Kate says so...

Too bad they didn't know this beforehand. Oh well.

I can understand being transferred back to blighty after serving some time in a Portuguese jail. As much as I want to see them answer for any crimes they've committed I still don't think any charges are imminent.

I can however understand a possible trial being held on neutral territory, somewhere else in the EU. Also if the trial somehow ends up being in the UK, who will foot the bill. Portugal, UK or the EU?

Will they be charged with fraud for the phony "fund" in the UK, is that what you mean?

The UK is far too lenient on this type of crime. Kate will be screaming Post Natal Depression etc and is likely to get off with probation in the UK. After all the PJ's hard work and dignity they deserve the right to try them if charged.
